ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom currently the toddler can be given usual family food now , as per their teeth development the texture of the food can be set .
You can now introduce them to animal milk as well and best would be cows milk as it is quite similar to that of mothers milk C and yes panner can also be given
