#AskTheExpert how to increase lactation? i have very low milk supply. im breastfeeding little and then i top up with formula. kindly suggest fastest way to increase lactation & for exclusive breastfeeding

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, ypu should eat right and healthy diet. Green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits are must. Drink warm water add ajwain and boil the water to drink. Also drink milk twice in a day and add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply.,
