Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach.
Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots.
Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas.
Peas.
iron-fortified bread and breakfast cereal.
nuts and seeds.
dried fruit.

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello you should try to have iron rich food in the diet and also check with your doctor if you will need iron supplement in addition and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same an advise you accordingly which is better and safe
