ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist6 months agoA. There is nothing much you can do. Have a good night sleep and sleep for at least eight hours in a day. Keep yourself well hydrated by taking 2.5 L of water per day .no need of any medication so during pregnancy

RashiGuardian of a 12 yr old girl6 months agoA. I would suggest you that don't take too much stress and take proper sleep to get rid of dark spots circles...and you should apply Mamaearth Vitamin C daily glow under eye cream which is safe and helps in lighten your dark circles...
