#asktheexpert please tell me doctor why does my child have dark circles. what can I do to get rid of them.

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Use cool tea bags on your kid's eyes or use cucumber slices on the eyes. Give iron rich foods like spinach. Massage your kid's eyes gently when closed. Maintain a healthy and nutritionally balanced diet. Ensure your kid gets enough sleep. Control the screen time. Ask your doctor whether any iron or vitamin supplements can be given to your kid.
