It’s important to maintain a balance in them with diet and physical activity. If they are well and good able to spend time playing outdoors running , playing games etc . Apart from that yoga , dance workout can be planned as well .
Also take care of his diet and prefer home cooked foods rather than relying on packaged and refined and too much of sugary foods
Author of questionMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. thank you for responding.I prefer only home food and also he is taking in less quantity ,but I don't know why he is not reducing weight , he is vry active and he do running dancing jump . still weight management is very difficult why I don't know.please give any Deit plan .

To maintain healthy body weight, avoid giving high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food, packed food to the child.
Try to indulge in some physical activity like running cycling playing in the park..
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups, freshly prepared homemade food to ur baby.
