A. Hello mom you can. Give to the child some milkshakes made of fresh fruits such as banana , avocado, Chikku etc also dry fruits can be given , stuff paranthas with potatoes or panner etc . Use ghee in his meals , use millets such as ragi , bajra etc . Legumes and dals such as rajma , channa , whole eggs
