Q.

I don't feel hungry and don't have wet gain, plz suggest

A. Hello mom that is low .. so would suggest to take some supplements prescribed by the doctor . Also some rice source of iron could be beneficial such as millets, legumes like rajma , channa etc . Dry fruits , green leafy vegetables, sesame seeds , dates , raisins etc . If you prefer non veg you can opt for organ meats such as liver etc

A. Hello mom would suggest you to get your blood test done .. especially for HB levels .. could certainly be low iron levels
