Its Way to underweight actually you do have to work upon something that will increase your child’s weight you should consult a nutritionist first and when a child is underweight like this they do suffer with a couple of deficiencies it’s very important for you to get a check with your paediatrician first and then go ahead with consultation with a nutritionist
