Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give calpol 120 to the baby 5ml 3 times a day Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

It’s Very important that in the current situation you always get in touch with your doctor because it could be due to viral infection since your child is having cold cough fever everything it’s better to consult your doctor and go for proper medicines and for the time being you can give medicine for fever like paracetamol or whatever you have and for cold and cough you can give indirect steam to the child
