POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Usually, it's just 1 or 2 tablespoons at a time. If your baby spits up more than this—or if their spitting up is the effect of respiratory events like choking, coughing, or wheezing—ask your pediatrician if there is a reason to be concerned.
