ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. all 20 teeth will erupt by the age of 3 years. you can massage the gums and give silicone teethers to chew on them. hope you have started brushing your child's teeth

It might take around 3 years completion for the teeth to come out in few babies. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated. Good luck and take care.
