Sometimes because of stress and diet change milk supply used to reduce. So follow a healthy and balanced diet and in your regular diet include protein rich foods and green veggies. And most importantly have your meals on time. But still if the milk supply is low then consult the pediatrician. They'll recommend the best formula milk for the baby.
