#AskTheExpert how can I limit sreen time for my son.. how much time children (4 yo) can watch screen & what food for most beneficial for eyes?? thanks in advance

If you giving TV screen time then you can give it approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours in batches to the child and mobile time is complete no-no it has very bad effects on the child and there is no such specific thing that I can suggestive of a room good vision or your eyes
