#AskTheExpert How can I know if my breast milk is sufficient for the baby. My son is 20 days old and keeps on latching for more than an hour. Is it because I have a low milk supply?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and and if your baby is doing pee minimum six to eight times a day that means baby is having sufficient milk. Also have more green leaves vegetables and dairy products. Have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning to produce more milk. Take care
