#asktheexpert how can I increase feeding milk

A. Hello mom first of all be positive in your thoughts also keep yourself hydrated enough , certain foods tend to be helpful such as oats , garlic , flax seeds , milk and products, panjiri , dry fruits , drumstick and fenugreek leaves , jeera or ajwain or saunf water as well

A. Dear mum, the more you breastfeed more will be the milk supply. So, ensure that baby is exclusively breastfed. Foods like methi, green leafy vegetables, tree gum or gond, dill leaves or shepu, garden cress seeds, saunth, garlic intake can help increase the milk supply. Have lots of fluids and water.
