Possible reasons: Gas or constipation – Very common at this age due to irregular diet or low fiber intake. Worms (parasitic infection) – Kids often get worms, which cause tummy aches, especially at night or early morning. Food intolerance or indigestion – Some foods may be hard for her to digest. Anxiety or habit – Sometimes children say "stomach ache" when they are anxious or seeking attention. What you can do: Ensure she’s having a fiber-rich diet (fruits, vegetables, whole grains). Give her plenty of water to keep digestion smooth. Avoid junk food, sugary snacks, and too much milk. Check her stool habits—if she has hard or infrequent stools, constipation might be the cause. You can consult your pediatrician about starting a deworming syrup if she hasn’t been dewormed recently (usually done every 6 months).
If the pain is severe, frequent, or associated with vomiting, diarrhea, fever, or bloating, a medical check-up is important.
