A. hi as there is Mucus and pus both, please visit your pediatrician it is very important please keep your child well hydrated give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more which helps to maintain good bacteria in intestine give light food like upma, fruits etc maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer
