Sab se pehle app milk ki quantity kam kare yadi din mein 3 baar leta hai toh 2 ya 1 baar kare milk bhoonk ko suppress karta hai 
Khane mein thodi variety present kare, same old ghar k khane ko alag tarah se present kare bache isse attract hote hai 
Veh pulao, stuffed paratha ( aloo, paneer, cheese), vegetable paratha, vegetable khichdi, aloo tikki with paneer and mix veg, dry fruit ladoo, fruit milkshake ya dry fruit milk shake, fruits yeh sab app de sakte hai 
Chips, biscuits, chocolate, namkeen hafte mein 1 ya 2 din

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. it is advisable to try different variety of food it is bound that the child will at least like something out of all that variety try to give sweet foods like porridge dates try introducing dry fruits to your baby
