ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. please check thyroid. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

Its Just for initial three months you can have different different side so I think this just aside for early pregnancy that you are going for you can consult your gynaecologist will advise you with all the necessary things that you should have a take proper rest as of now don’t stress yourself
