#asktheexpert hiii my child is 4.6 years old her hairs and height is not growing . Please suggest some good nutrition n hair oil for her

A. Castor oil and almond oil is a good mix that you can apply to the hair of your child for height it’s very important that this child should have proper growth by eating proper diet it’s very important for a child to have a balanced nutritious diet which is good for hair and total physical growth of your child
