ji ,behtar honga ki aap apne gynec se ek bar checkup krva le.
aur dhyan rakhe ki aap ko jyada der tak baithna ya khade nahi rahna he
agar koi kam kr rahe ho to usme bich bich me break le.

Sometimes it could be a false labour cramp also but if the cramps are severe or happening more and more than we should not take it lightly please talk to your gynaecologist please visit the hospital for further checkup as they can advise you on that only
