#AskTheExpert hii.. my son is 7 months old. he is taking two meals of semi solid. but since a week he is doing very hard poty. what can I do.. pls suggest

A. lots of fluids. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. U How to make sure that you giving really good fibre rich diet as well as good amount of water to the child because when you introduce semisolid food to the child and there is the hydration in the body there a motion can be extremely hard because of that so try to maintain water level in the body
