#asktheexpert hii i have a serious problem of breathing i can't even carry my daughter while going upstairs and downstairs .. i think its because of my weight i want to loose my weight too...

A. Hello mom If your baby is six months old then you can start doing yoga regularly. Yoga is very effective of losing pregnancy weight. Do yoga at least for 40 minutes every morning to lose weight fast. You should also cut the calories intake and add more fibre in your regular diet plans but don’t do any sort of exercise till baby turned six months old
