Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat.. Avoid high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.. Drink plenty of water in a day to flush out excess toxins from the body. Have light dinner like veggies sprouts soup fruits.. This will help to reduce ur belly fat without diet and exercise
