#AskTheExpert Hi sir, my baby is passing hard stool n crying all lot while passing stool. what to do to make her pass stool softly... plz suggest

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. whenever you introduce food for the child and it is causing constipation you have to stop that particular food which is causing constipation and tried to give food which is more rich in fibre and has got plenty of fluids.
it is impoxrtant to add papaya in the diet which will help in decreasing this problem
and also at the same time see that you are not giving any new outside milk which is again known to cause constipation
