#AskTheExpert Hi Sir, my baby girl is 2 months old. her birth weight was 2.9 kg and she was 3.65 at 45 days. is it normal? how much she should weighed now? how to increase her weight . she is having combo feeding BM & FM(NAN PRO)

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, weight gain of 750 grams is a normal weight gain in 45 days, do not worry. Ideally exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete is the most healthy feeding. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
