#AskTheExpert hi sir. if cold and cough my baby.can I feed steamed apple pure and banana.. please share the food charrt my 6 month old baby.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. yes it's okay u can give all fruits to the baby having cold and cough cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby

for cold and cough
give steam inhalation
use nasoclear saline nasal drops
apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time
use Babyhug rapid relief baby rub
