#AskTheExpert hi sir, am breastfeeding mom of 6 month baby. can i drink herbalife protien shake for weightloss n nutrional benifits of baby. will it cause any side effects to my baby. pl explain clearly. I have started weaning him since 4 month

When you try to lose on to your weight while breastfeeding and it is very commonly seen with s with a lot of women that they also lose onto their breast feeding as well because when you don’t eat well or you try to replace one of your food or Nila Just with a protein shake Tu obviously it is going to be affecting your breast feeding also I do not suggest you personally to go for it right now
