#asktheexpert hi, my son suffers from migraine if he misses lunch in school.though we have to be behind him every time regarding his food, as he is a fussy eater and doesn't want to eat anythng on his own. this has been a worry everyday whenever he goes to school and doesn't eat his tiffin he comes back with headache and vomiting.kindly suggest a remedy.

A. Tell your child if you’re not going to eat this migraine problem is going to increase only because most of the time you will see that the headache or migraine appear when the child or an adult will not eat if you stay hungry for a very long time then the headache happens and it is very natural so you have to teach your child to do that and also start with a homeopathic treatment for migraine for your child with some food alterations
