#AskTheExpert hi my son is 9 months old and he isn't gaining any weight, his birth weight was 2.2 and now he is 7 KGS only, he is very active yet he isn't gaining. could you suggest me how to increase his weight and food chart

As ur baby is 9 months old u can give 2-3 meals in a day and give milk rest of the day.
Give freshly prepared homemade food to your baby. include ghee dry fruits powder banana potatoes rice avocado ragi paneer etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
