#asktheexpert hi my son is 5year 11months old he is not took proper diet and usually eat potato only as vegetable ....why to do ..and he is meat with Feaver frequently.

A. You have to somehow start introducing a balanced diet. Better late than never. Try giving otger veggies in attractive forms and cook it in a way that he may like. Encourage tgrough small rewards like everytime he finishes a vegetable cup he will get a small sticker. QlAfter he collects 10 stickers he will get a gift.. something like that..
