#asktheexpert hi, my son is 20days old and his one eye is very sticky and glooe type. is it normal in infants? as whenever his eye glooe we swipe it out in mulmul cloth and remove all particles. pls suggest?

normally simple secretions / allergy rexdness should not occur again and again.
use hygienic cloth as well as your hands should be clean when coming in contact with the child eyes
if the child's eyxes is sticky with pus discharge or regular discharge coming out you have to meet the doctor. examination is needed in case on eye infection .
do not use any drops witout medical consultation
