A. Cradle cap Is the name for the dry flakes that you are talking about it is not that the scalp is dry it is there from the birth of a child and it is common with every single child that is born don’t worry about it just keep applying oil and whenever you wash the hair just use a super soft brush into the hair and when you brush the hair this cap will automatically come down on its own only
