Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application.
they will persist for few weeks and then will go away
if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity tzhen you have to meet the doctor for evaluation.
some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivityz, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

Give albendazole syrup
Or calcium supplements
It May be due to nutritional deficiency or allergies or infection
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
