A. give hot compression, gently massage the breast in circular motion and try to express the milk either by feeding the baby or using a breast pump, you can also try hand expression by sliding your fingers from areola to nipple but it's a bit painful. once the breast is empty you will feel comfortable. if you face this problem frequently you can consult a gynecologist.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and if you are having left breast hard and swollen with severe pain then it’s a emergency and you should consult with gynaecologist
