#asktheexpert hi my kid is 4.2 yrs she has fever 103 I gave mefthal p 5ml she vomited immediately after 40 mins I gave same 5ml dose is that fine.

A. hello friend your child is 4 years old and suffering with high grade fever you need to give oral paracetamol or meftal p along with tepid sponging with wet cloth. . .in case fever persist beyond 2 days, consult your doctor
