#asktheexpert hi, my daughter is 2 yrs 5 months. she doesn't speak.. I am worried as she is very moody..she doesn't listen to things n do not have a fear of anything. babies understand alot at this age and I have seen that also but I guess my daughter is a slow learner. kindly suggest
