As a mom who's been through this, I'd recommend giving your 18-month-old more high-fiber foods like apples with the skin, pears, prunes, peas, and sweet potatoes. Whole grains like oatmeal and whole wheat bread can also make a big difference. Ensure they drink plenty of water and try a bit of diluted apple or pear juice. Less intake of water and fiber food is the reason for constipation. Increase the intake of water and fiber food like Papaya pear plum prunes carrot dalia etc in ur baby's diet.
