Sir Sometimes this can be due to heat rash also so I would not advise you to apply anything without consulting the specialist into this area it could be an eye related issue also if you want you can get a check with an eye doctor or your specialist yourself they will advise you eyedrops are required they will tell you that if any ointment to it is required that also can be told to you
