#asktheexpert Hi my daughter is 10 years old and my son is 8yeras old.i am worry about their height. plz suggest me what tips can i do

A. hi it mostly determined by genetics so please don't take much stress for this. but for better height ,you can give green veggies, fresh fruits, multigrain food etc more encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling, stretching, jumping,yoga like vrikshashana , ushtrashaasana etc
