Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. these could be baby acne which are quite common in babies. these should subside on their own ideally but you can try and apply coconut oil or baby cetaphil lotion. either of them is fine. apply on a small area and see if it helps. if yes then apply all over. if still doesn't reduce in a day or two please consult your pediatrician itself once.
