yes it is the gas .colic is a very common thing in babies . Some amount of gaseous distress and colic pain will be there even after all medicine or proper burping  . Gastica drop can be given 3 times and meftal spas drop for pain when there is severe .

good morning it might be because of gastric issue to certain extent but I would like to tell you that most of the children do not like getting a massage done you should try to engage your child by giving some rattle toys
