Q.

#asktheexpert. Hi my baby is 11 months old. she refuses to take food and only drinks milk. she only eats a bite and starts spitting after that. i tried to give various foods in different textures like puree, juices, solids ...but nothing worked. how can i get her to eat food.

A. Hello mom Babies don’t accept solids easily but you have to keep trying and this is the only solution. And if you will continue giving milk all the time then baby will never start taking proper meals because milk kills the hunger and also affects babies appetite. Just try to give daily routine food to your baby
