#AskTheExpert hi my baby is 1 and half month old he will fall sleep during breastfeed what to do,and cn u suggest tablet to increase lacting.

take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
Eat protein rich diet
stay hydrated
feed in upright position

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
