my 2 and half boy taking long time to fall sleep... please help how to make him sleep

A. If you actually avoid giving daytime nap to the child totally or maybe for a longer duration maybe just one hour or two hour maximum eventually going to get tired and start sleeping early and will wake up fresh in the morning so that is something which you can definitely work upon
