#asktheexpert hi Mam my baby is now 7 month we start solids from yesterday only but after eating he is feeling so irritated he don't want to lie down only in our hand what is the issue? can u pls tell us

please don't force feed your child
you can give easily digestible food like warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
please start with one table spoon and gradually decrease as per your child hunger
please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
you can apply Babyhug tummy roll on for better digestion
