Q.

#AskTheExpert hi mam last four months i got My periods but no bleeding ,per day 1 pad only after 1 day brownish paste like coming.that's it third day after nothing will flow ...is this any severe problem

A. you need to get your blood count level check if it is low it may be due to that or due to hormonal imbalance so just maintain a Healthy lifestyle and start with iron supplement and multivitamin supplement which will be beneficial
