ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. hi mom no u need not tie belt around ur tummy it is not recommended .. just start exercising after 3 Mon of delivery to reduce your tummy and weight

Hello ma’am If you had a normal delivery and do if you can tie belt from the very second or third day after your delivery then it is very good because it really helps a lot in sagging the tummy order it saves you from having a bulging tummy.. It is helpful for initial days of pregnancy so yes I would advise you to go for it
