Hi mam ,
cerebral -placental ratio is 1.4 (8%) appears on lower,so early redistribution of cerebral circulation/brain sparing effect-mild feto placenta insufficiency is given in my sonography report .

please suggest me mam what shall I do

In such case you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because you’re Dr can only advise you will after examining you. You should never give any sort of medication to your baby till it is not advised by doctors of first consult with your doctor about it
